THE DEAD OF HAMZA EL-RUFAI

Hamza El-Rufai died on the morning of Tuesday, 29th July, 2014, a day after the Eid-el-Fitri celebration, in Abuja.

El-Rufai himself broke the unfortunate news on his faceboook page at about 8:00 am on the morning of Tuesday, 29th July, 2014 which reads thus:

From Allah we came and to Him we shall return. Please join our family in praying for the repose of the soul of my son Hamza El-Rufai who died this morning in a motor accident in Abuja.

Tears flow as late human rights lawyer, Bamidele Aturu, begins home journey At a colloquium held near his home, friends and colleagues described the late human rights lawyer as a humble person who fought for the poor masses.
